Publication list

Work in progress - Needs discussion and inputs

We wish to publish a series of papers before making the code public. Below is a very preliminary list of possible papers/interesting applications. The list might be outdated, so feel free to contribute.

  1. Method paper - describes the code, and run tests using both simulated and real data (e.g. reverberation mapping atlas):
    • components
    • dependence on S/N
    • dependence on resolution
    • dependence on wavelength coverage
  2. Application papers:
    • Xshooter Legacy sample (Kelly)
    • SDSS (Marianne)
    • Reverberation mapping Atlas (Gisella/Brad) - if not used for method paper
    • Host Galaxy contribution (Roberto/Brad)
    • Application of decomposed spectra in modeling RM (Anna)
    • DES reverberation mapping (Paul/Dale)
    • Please add more (e.g. Demitri, Kevin, Jerry, Justin)

Possible timeline

The initial thought is that these papers should largely go out together if at all possible; the largest push will be to publish the method paper and public release of the code with at least the papers applying it to public data.
