[Feature Request]: support BLE connection to node

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to be able to use the app without connecting to the node via serial

Describe the solution you'd like
Ability to connect to BLE devices (e.g. Heltec V3) to read data / manage settings.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The app works connected over USB serial, but when the node is not on the desk next to my laptop, it would be great to use Bluetooth.

Additional context
The Python CLI for Meshtastic does support BLE connection so this seems like something that should be possible.

This is indeed one interesting feature on top of available serial and TCP connections, I will look into it.

Note that the app is only able to read nodes configuration.
