CLI + Studio release.

  • 0855: Fix SSE notifications — token-gate exemption for the EventSource stream path (toasts fire again; security property preserved).
  • 0856: Add Claude Opus 4.8 as the new opus/best default model.
  • 0857: Deterministic stub provider + shared npm run verify regression harness (create -> install -> run-with-non-default-model) with a loud-skip gate.

Reconciles npm drift (1.0.16 -> 1.0.18).
