Construction constraints and context recovery

  • Preserve explicit reuse, construction order and approval requirements through planning, delegation, build and verification.
  • Recover binding constraints, approval state and the next authorized action from existing artifacts after compaction or resume.
  • Keep session transfers host-neutral, preserve frozen routes and require successor acknowledgement.
  • Include the new references and dispatch pointers in consumer installations.

Validation: 207 installer tests and the release-consistency test passed. Earlier WTK contract and reference checks passed. All 145 archive files match tested source, and the merge tree matches the tested branch. No full gate or live agent-behavior improvement is claimed.

The archive is available below. npm publication is pending: the registry rejected the publish attempt with EOTP and requires a one-time authenticator code. After registry publication, update with npx workflow-toolkit@1.0.5 install and review the managed diff.
