Always show volume controls , also display percentage and add vol+ / vol - buttons to volume column

love the design of this card !

I would love to see the volume control shown below the media controls, added with an percentage display and if possible also vol+ and vol- (well this could also be done with the extra buttons)

I'm curious how this would look.
What ui should we hide to make space for the slider? Or should it be like the custom buttons where it sits below everything?
If someone could sketch something that would be nice, because to me i cannot find a visually appealing way to do this.

I would also welcome that. If possible, the volume slider should also be longer for the grouped speakers.
With the current implementation, it's somewhat buggy and often inaccurate, both on the tablet with finger control and on the PC with the cursor. The cursor often jumps large steps, and it's almost impossible to make fine adjustments to the volume and set the desired volume. With the standard Home Assistant slider (original media card), this works very precisely and smoothly.

Thanks it works much much better! The original Home Assistant media card works a bit better/more accurately, but the new feature in the current beta version is a great step in the right direction. I really like the card. Thanks! 🚀

In the latest beta i changed the slider to use the same component that the stock ha tile cards use for light control. It should be much more reliable. It's not possible to style it to look exactly the same as the previous one, but that's an OK tradeoff imho.

Could someone explain how to add the plus/minus buttons to the volume panel? I have the latest update but can't find an option in the cards configuration.

On multi it's listed under the advanced settings (in the editor).
On the other cards its under the 'Additional options' section.
