Change follow/unfollow channel to GQL queries, due to discontinued official API endpoints (https://discuss.dev.twitch.tv/t/deprecation-of-create-and-delete-follows-api-endpoints). Fix for anxdpanic/plugin.video.twitch#591
Similar change has been done previously for follow/unfollow games.
To be honest, I don't know what the "notifications" parameter is supposed to do, but False seems to be the expected value.
