Django 1.10 support #18
Description
Tests are passing with Django 1.10 alpha.
Need to update runtests.py settings: "RemovedInDjango20Warning: Old-style middleware using settings.MIDDLEWARE_CLASSES is deprecated. Update your middleware and use settings.MIDDLEWARE instead."
