What’s fixed
- Restores the macOS Camera permission prompt and Privacy settings registration for signed, notarized builds.
- Preserves the Camera entitlement in Developer ID, local, and npm-installed app bundles.
- Adds a packaging guard so future releases fail if the entitlement is missing.
Users affected by #1 should update to 1.0.8 and try Capture again.
