I created a clean yml model for PyPSA Generators, as well as a first model for GlobalConstraints in the case of CO2 constraints.
GlobalConstraints are not yet handled in the converter.
I anticipated that the registration of GlobalConstraints will probably require a dedicated function (the logic is more "global" than local, contrary to other types of PyPSA components).
