I notice that starting with 6.3.1 and continuing in 6.3.2, the downloads page states the Java compatibility as 25+. In 6.3.0 it was 17, 21, 25.
Is it correct that starting with 6.3.1, Java 25+ is required?

No, Java 17+ is correct. Java 25+ is recommended with Virtual Threads. I'll update the page
