The absence of Hive partition operation logs makes problem diagnosis difficult.

How should we improve?

When create/drop partitions or alter partition location for Mixed Hive Table, we should use info logs to record these operations, as they are not frequent.

We could add the log into the class com.netease.arctic.hive.HMSClientImpl.
