[Feature]: Please provide official docker image of 0.7 release built with hadoop2 profile

Currently, apache/amoro and apache/amoro-xxx-optimizer docker repositories do not have "release version" images built with "hadoop2" profile.

Use case/motivation

Officially support docker image of release version built with "hadoop2" profile for those who need it.

Describe the solution

Idk, but I think admins can handle it.

@byungnam Thanks for your feedback. It's really needed to release the official apache/amoro image for hadoop2 profile later. But apache/amoro-xxx-optimizer images are OK for hadoop2 and hadoop3 profile, since the dependencies are not included when compiling.

If you want to use the apache/amoro image for hadoop2, you may need compile the project by yourself first using mvn clean package -DskipTests -Phadoop2, and then build the image according to README.md
