[Bug]: Using different snapshot id resulted in accidental deletion of delete file

What happened?

org.apache.amoro.server.utils.IcebergTableUtil#getDanglingDeleteFiles 2 scans delete file use different snapshot id, deleted delete file by mistake, resulting in data duplication.
