bug: some cases of http-logger.t failed on arm64 (centos7.6)

Issue description

#   Failed test 'TEST 7: access external endpoint - pattern "Batch Processor[http logger] successfully processed the entries" should match a line in error.log (req 0)'
#   at /path/to/apisix/test-nginx/lib/Test/Nginx/Socket.pm line 1213.

#   at /path/to/apisix/test-nginx/lib/Test/Nginx/Socket.pm line 1213.

#   Failed test 'TEST 11: access correct https endpoint - pattern "Batch Processor[http logger] successfully processed the entries" should match a line in error.log (req 0)'
#   at /path/to/apisix/test-nginx/lib/Test/Nginx/Socket.pm line 1213.

this is because missing mendhak/http-https-echo on arm64 env, not the case problem.
