docs: need to update https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/apisix

Improved or typo fixed.

• https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/apisix, In this doc, the build dashboard command is still make build-dashboard , but this command is no longer in Makefile.

• So same for the README.md in apisix-docker/example.

Solution

• Update the doc: https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/apisix
• Update README.md in apisix-docker/example

And I'd love to update the doc. Please let me know the process important to update the doc.

Ohh, I see, build-dashboard deprecated via apisix-docker PR 259

make build-dashboard-centos or make build-dashboard-alpine can be used instead.
