help request: how to configure stream_proxy real-time

我使用的helm安装的，运行在k8s中，apisix的config.yaml是个configmap, 目前观察到修改完configmap的stream_proxy配置后，只有重启pod才会生效，请问有没有什么热加载的方式

作为网关，使用stream_proxy增加端口代理，需要频繁重启，稳定性感觉无法保障
