Thanks to @codephage2020 & @vegarsti we were able to get the last bit of support for
ListViewsin place for the core arrow codebase. Whilst some tickets are outstanding (parquet & json support), I think we can confidently declare we supportListViewtypes now and closing the tracking issue.What changes are included in this PR?
