Introduce AuronUDFWrapperContext #1374
Description
It's a sub-task for #1263
Currently, Auron only supports SparkUDFWrapperContext. To facilitate future support for other engines, such as Flink, the AuronUDFWrapperContext interface will be introduced to enable multi-engine support.
