Refactor SparkAuronConfiguration and remove deprecated AuronConf classes

currently there are multiple ways to read a spark conf:

1. reading via SparkAuronConfiguraion.
2. reading via deprecated AuronConf.
3. reading via SparkEnv/SQLConf with hard-coded conf key.

which is hard to be maintained, and the docs on official website is out-dated.

Describe the solution you'd like

move all conf keys to SparkAuronConfiguration, so we can manage them in one place, further more, we can generate configuration docs in a more automatic, maintainable way.
