[Bug]: beam_PostCommit_Go's TestOomParDo test is failing

What happened?

The Go PostCommit has had consecutive runs where the TestOomParDo test fails. This should be investigated as a potential flake or failure.

This has now succeeded 16 times in a row since failing twice - https://ci-beam.apache.org/job/beam_PostCommit_Go/ - it had also succeeded the previous 12 times (and the rest has been lost from retention)

I'll keep an eye on it, but I expect this was a flake with the bin we were writing to, not the test itself. If we hit 30 consecutive successful runs, I'll probably close since it can't be reproed and there's not really enough info for a good investigation

That's fair, I just saw consecutive failures with a single test culprit and thought it was worth checking on.

There have been failures since, but none related to this test (mostly due to Jenkins workers disconnecting). I'm going to close
