[Bug]: copy icon position in tables is vertically centered

What happened?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Beam ZetaSQL conditional expressions in the browser
2. Go to the section This page documents the ZetaSQL scalar functions supported by Beam ZetaSQL
3. Take a look on the copy icon position

Actual result: icon is centered
Expected result: icon is located in the right top corner
