I noticed that we were missing a lot of author definitions (including my own) when I wrote the DataFrame blog post. This prevents them from rendering:
This PR adds a check to fail the website build if an author isn't defined, and adds the missing authors.
It also adds
<!--more-->tags to release blog posts so they break correctly. Otherwise they are broken on the first '.' in the version number:Post-Commit Tests Status (on master branch)
