Typo for method name

Maybe we should rename 
```
PerChannelBookieClientPool#intialize
LedgerHandle#isWritesetWritable
```
to
```
PerChannelBookieClientPool#initialize
LedgerHandle#isWriteSetWritable
``` 
BTW，javadoc and site docs occur a lot of typo for ackknowledged -> acknowledged
