* (@bug W-4917089@) Connection reset to peer on Per Channel bookie client A connection may be closed due to a server crash or a intermediate network element can close idle connections or due to overload. Modifying Netty KeepAlive from default of 2hrs to much smaller value of 60s idle time with 3 retries at 5 second intervals (default). These values can be modified for both server and client through configuration. @Rev ayegorov@ @Rev vjujjuri@
