Documentation install page is still pointing to the old "bst-plugins-experimental"

In https://buildstream.build/install.html the documentation is still using "bst-plugins-experimental" when this has been renamed to "bst-plugins-community" (as we can see in https://docs.buildstream.build/master/core_plugins.html)

Documentation link is broken instead of pointing to https://buildstream.gitlab.io/buildstream-plugins-community/ and pypi link is pointing to the old plugin package instead of pypi.org/project/buildstream-plugins-community/
