Since Camel 4.21.0 and upgraded
hapi-fhir-structures-r4with commit hapifhir/hapi-fhir@67c2068, we no longer getlibthriftincorrectly pulled in transitively.camel-quarkus-thrift, continues to get itslibthriftdependency transitively from the Camel component.
