Trying to increase logging in situations like this: https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Camel/job/Camel%20JDK17/job/main/1060/testReport/org.apache.camel.component.file.watch/FileWatchComponentTest/testAntMatcher/

We don't know what was received, so it's hard to know if it was a setup error, test concurrency problem or what else. This should log the data and help a bit to find out what extra data was there.
