Description
This task https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-19776 was implemented for 3.22.0, 4.0.1, and 4.1.0 versions.
But we need these changes to be released as soon as possible to unblock our migration from OpenTracing to OpenTelemetry.
Therefore, I created an additional PR for 3.21.x. I suppose this version should be released faster than others.
