Updated to version 3.5.10

While looking at #12037 I noticed that our container image is outdated. This should bump to the latest version available (tested manually, it should be fine).

Target

• I checked that the commit is targeting the correct branch (note that Camel 3 uses camel-3.x, whereas Camel 4 uses the main branch)

• If this is a large change, bug fix, or code improvement, I checked there is a JIRA issue filed for the change (usually before you start working on it).

• I checked that each commit in the pull request has a meaningful subject line and body.

• I have run mvn clean install -DskipTests locally and I have committed all auto-generated changes

This is one the good reason of having dependabot running.. We could improve a lot: the downside is we could end up doing only deps upgrade/testing.

It's a pity that dependabot can't pick the images on our test infra. It would make our life much easier.
