CAMEL-20722 - changed timeout to 10 sec from 3 in more tests after random & sporadic failures during local testing

Description

• These tests failed occasionally and sporadically due to timeouts, when running locally, so I increased them to 10 sec from 3.
  (Timeouts in other tests in the group KafkaBreakOnFirst.*IT have been changed from 3 to 10 seconds in a previous commit: CAMEL-20722 Increased timeout in this set of tests to 10 seconds from 3 #14009)
• In general, full test suite for camel-kafka runs more reliably after these changes, but I am still investigating a couple of potential bottlenecks and sporadic test failures

• I checked that the commit is targeting the correct branch (note that Camel 3 uses camel-3.x, whereas Camel 4 uses the main branch)
