milvus ppc64le integration tests activation

Description

This pull request is to provide ppc64le support to camel-milvus component. Tested all changes on a PowerPC machine and x86 machine also. Log is attached bellow.

Target

• I checked that the commit is targeting the correct branch (note that Camel 3 uses camel-3.x, whereas Camel 4 uses the main branch)
