fix(quarkus): Quarkus runtime does not like MDC push/pop capabilities

It's good to go if approved. We had to revert that previous change based on push/pop because Quarkus runtime does not manage it properly for some reason. We can safely use put/remove and be still consistent with the requirements and compliant with Quarkus runtime as well.
