CAMEL-23228: Add consistent --json output support across camel-jbang commands

Summary

• Add --json option to ProcessWatchCommand base class so all subclasses (process watch commands) inherit it
• Add JSON output support to 26 camel-jbang commands that produce tabular output:
  • CamelContextStatus, CamelContextTop, CamelCount, CamelProcessorStatus
  • CamelRouteGroupStatus, CamelRouteStatus
  • ListBlocked, ListCircuitBreaker, ListConsumer, ListEndpoint, ListEvent
  • ListGroovy, ListHealth, ListInflight, ListInternalTask
  • ListKafka, ListMetric, ListPlatformHttp, ListProcess
  • ListProducer, ListProperties, ListRest, ListService
  • ListTransformer, ListVariable, ListVault
• JSON output uses consistent format: array of objects where keys match column headers

Test plan

• Run camel get context --json and verify JSON array output
• Run camel get route --json and verify JSON output
• Run camel ps --json and verify JSON array output
• Verify all 26 commands support --json flag
