Deprecate IronMQ component

https://dev.iron.io/mq/3/libraries/ we are using the official java library
I have not found an alternative java API
all the other client libraries are unmaintained since the same amount of time
the whole github organization has almost no activity https://github.com/iron-io

Description

Target
