* Downgrade jackson to 2.17.2, provide the fix for CSB-4781 through a productized build of jackson that will be aligned by PME
* Reintroduce the exclusion of the avro in the jackson-dataformat-avro dependency - we only want ${avro-version} in the dependency tree
