…ultDriverOption anywhere other than at the end messes with the ordinal guarantees for exisitng apps. We have a check for such a thing in the build; moving this around avoids that concern.

Minor fix to CASSJAVA-80 change. Adding new entries to DefaultDriverOption anywhere other than at the end messes with the ordinal guarantees for exisitng apps. We have a check for such a thing in the build; moving this around avoids that concern.
