Update master to coordinator and brand name for Sandbox

In this PR, these changes are made:

• Update the word master to coordinator to match the source code
  changes
• Update the old brand name cloudberrydb or cloudberry database to
  cloudberry or Apache Cloudberry.
• Update faa.tar.gz file to match the changes
• Add exec mod to smoke-test.sh
