Issue Observed:
- The Chinese variant of the Team page still has the Postgres and Greenplum contributors. Please correct this.
Validated:
- I have confirmed the FAQ has been updated to remove the "Can I use the Apache Cloudberry (Incubating) for commercial purposes?" question.
- I have confirmed the default (English) Team page has been updated to remove the Postgres and Greenplum contributors.

In this PR, we delete the contributor wall image including PostgreSQL and Greenplum community contributors. Also, remove the not suitable FAQ "Can I use the Apache Cloudberry (Incubating) for commercial purposes?". Moreover, update the Chinese version team page.
