[Bug] Unexpected error when update: multiple updates to a row by the same query is not allowed

What happened

DeltaCompressionTestCase.test_delta_out_of_order_update_delete ... 369.79 ms ... FAIL

The subsequent data miss match. I believe it is due to the update statement failure.
