SUMMARY

UI : Language doesn't change for the create dropdown action items

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Select a language in the default login screen

2. Change the language after login

3. Click on Create dropdown,

4. It's still the first selected option at the login time

Actual behaviour

The language is still the original language selected at login time for the create dropdown

Expected behaviour

The language should change when the user selects the login for the create dropdown

I reproduced this issue in 4.20 env and it happens every time the language is changed, not being related to the login screen. This is due to the labels and language being defined in the beforeCreate lifecycle.
