DELL EMC Networker Backup

We are planning to use dell netwoker to integrate with cloudstack and there is already a corresponding plugin for cloudstack. But going through the documentation, I still have 2 questions that I would like the community to help clear up.

1. if the primary storage is ceph rbd does it support backup restore
2. ACS has two backup modes, does dell networker backup support both of them
   a. 'SLA' based backups
   b. Adhoc and user scheduled backups
