List projects API displaying limits for users

For users, the API response of the listProjects API includes the project limits even though the UI does not display the project limits.

@nvazquez wouldn't it be just as reasoable to display them and not remove them from the API? You cannot set a limit on a user and not let them know. You'll end up restricting them without explanation. A bit like fining for un unadvertised speed limit.

@DaanHoogland arguably displaying the limits in the UI was a regression (issue referenced above). My idea was to be consistent with the UI and also remove that information from the API response as it is not being displayed. What do you think?

I'm not so fond of that idea. It is a backwards incompatibility and as said above, I don't like the user not being notified that they cannot do something and then be surprised if they can't. it can only help them plan their activities and exposes no dangerous info, does it?
