SUMMARY
Initiated VM creation, VM status went to stopped, Message Not received in Async Message queue
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create VM form ISO template
2. VM creation was not successful, VM status went to "Stopped" From "Starting"
3. In Event Log VM.CREATE action logged as 'Scheduled' and 'Started', But Not 'completed'
EXPECTED RESULTS
If VM created with "Start VM" option is enabled and VM Went to Stopped stage, Need to Record status of VM.CREATE event as "COMPLETED" or "ERROR",
ACTUAL RESULTS
VM.CREATE Action completion status not received
