Virtaual router and instance are not getting created

COMPONENT NAME

Installed a fresh cloudstack 4.18 version and I was able to get systemvm up and running. On Network tab gustnetwork add button was missing. So I create new guest network when I add instance. But instance and virtual router are on stopped state and I couldn't see thoes VM on KVM host

All servers are on ubuntu 22.04

Issue has been resolved
Agent Error specify that Argument name brenp2s0f0np0-523 is wrong so when checking furthuer cloudstack script won't be able to create a bridge interface with long interface name. Change the interface name in netplan and issue resolved
