Migration Issue from 4.16.1 to 4.19.1

1 Management server with 3 Zones (A , B, C)
Each zone has separate NFS server with Primary and Secondary shares and 1 KVM server for each zone.

OS / ENVIRONMENT

Centos 7.9

SUMMARY

After upgrade system VMs are not starting and unable to delete any templates or upload any images etc..

I was wondering what are the steps to clean all the existing Templates and VMs and including the System VM templates and reupload system template

I am happy to reset all the data (VMs and templates) but wish to keep management server configs like Zones and IP schema etc.

Update: I have updated to 4.17.2 and its working fine.

but still unable to upgrade to 4.18 or 4.19. I tried both but the error remains the same . i.e. on screenshot.

After manually adding the 4.19.1 systemvm template , issue is resolved.
