This allows i18n of email addresses as per RFC 6532

Thanks for the pull request!

Note that currently commons-email requires Java 6+ while JavaMail 1.6.0+ requires Java 7+.

@PascalSchumacher, @jochenw - Ah, sorry about that - the builds on Travis CI are with openjdk7 and 8 so I assumed 1.7 was the target

@jochenw I guess we could also start a mailing list discussion about raising the java requirement to Java 7+.
