This unifies the config.xml used by iOS and Android. Now <feature> tags can be used to add plugins. Now both iOS and android parsers copy the config.xml form www directory without the need for any adjustments. Also changes the config.xml template file with the new unified one.
id used as package name on at least android. Changing the template config.xml to be compatible
This removes the incorrect access value inherited from android

This unifies the config.xml used by iOS and Android. Now tags can be used
to add plugins. Now both iOS and android parsers copy the config.xml form www directory
without the need for any adjustments. Also changes the config.xml template file with the
new unified one.
