Initial cordova-docs Ubuntu platform support added

I made the doc modifications in docs/en/3.3.0 (not docs/en/edge) since this is a pull request for cordova 3.3.0. Let me know if I need to change this or anything else.

I went ahead and created a JIRA issue for this pull request (CB-5666). If there already was one, sorry about that, I wasn't able to find it.

I've pulled in your work and squashed it into a single commit (42d0157). I also added the documentation to the edge version (0ba0311).

All of our releases are cut from the edge/ directory, so we typically commit to edge unless we are amending issues in previous releases.

Thanks a bunch for writing up the initial Ubuntu docs. Yay, Cordova Ubuntu!!
