[Feature] - Allow to override resource names #253

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want to be able to inject a name for the services and the statefulset in order to be able to reuse these names in dependant charts.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add values serviceNameOverride headlessServiceNameOverride and statefulsetNameOverride taken into account in the resource's names helpers.
