Intermittent 404 issue while accessing couch db ui with /_utils

Hi Team,

We are using couch db docker image version 3.2.2 which is deployed on k8s 1.23, Till now the things fine for around 6plus months but now we have started getting issue while accessing the Couchdb ui with /_utils api

Following is the error,

{Couchdb UI link,} admin GET /_utils/dashboard.assets/css/styles.2fe6f2383b82d9a7610a.css 404 ok 2

can someone please help on this? what configurations we need to check or what might have broken this?

Is this file available/accessable from the file system?
What's in your log file?
